Ninja SLUSHi Summer Frozen Cocktail Recipes

Summer in Australia calls for one thing: a perfectly chilled drink in hand. This year, we've partnered with the innovative team at Ninja Kitchen to showcase their revolutionary Ninja SLUSHi machine – the perfect addition to your entertaining area for crafting velvety-smooth, bar-quality frozen drinks right on your benchtop.

To celebrate the start of the entertaining season, we've created four bespoke frozen cocktail recipes. From a sophisticated take on the Cosmopolitan featuring our Native Botanical Vodka, to a vibrant Watermelon Cooler with Signature Dry Gin, these drinks are designed to be effortless to prepare and unforgettable to share.

Dive into the recipes below, grab your favourite Archie Rose spirit, and discover your new secret weapon for premium, perfectly frozen cocktails.

Frozen Watermelon Cooler

Difficulty: Medium

Yields: Approx. 6-8 servings

  • 350mL Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
  • 900mL Watermelon Juice (fresh is best)
  • 200mL Strawberry Syrup
  • 120mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 200mL Water
  • 2mL Rose Water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jug (store in the fridge if making in advance) and pour into your Ninja SLUSHi machine.
  2. Select 'Frozen Cocktail'.
  3. Pour straight into a coupette (or your favourite glass) and enjoy!

Frozen Comsopolitan

Difficulty: Easy

Yields: Approx. 6-8 servings

  • 350mL Archie Rose Native Botanical Vodka
  • 375mL Orange Soda
  • 900mL Cranberry Juice
  • 100mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • Orange (for garnish)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jug (store in the fridge if making in advance) and pour into your Ninja SLUSHi machine.
  2. Select 'Frozen Cocktail'.
  3. Pour into a coupette (or your favourite glass).
  4. Garnish with a flamed orange coin (optional). Enjoy!

Frozen Dark 'n' Stormy

Difficulty: Easy

Yields: Approx. 6-8 servings

  • 300mL Archie Rose White Cane
  • 1000mL Ginger Beer
  • 200mL Lime Cordial
  • 50mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 5mL Angostura Bitters
  • Lime (for garnish)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jug (store in the fridge if making in advance) and pour into your Ninja SLUSHi machine.
  2. Select 'Frozen Cocktail'.
  3. Pour into a coupette (or your favourite glass).
  4. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge. Enjoy!
