Flavour profile

Buoyant and playful with candied lime peel, peach ice tea, elderflower cordial, pink marshmallow, cut grass and jasmine. A wonderfully expressive and vibrant nose with floral, fruit and herbaceous scents.
Palate
Wonderfully soft and flavoursome with panettone, sweet lemon, ripe peach and mint.
Finish
The flavours of sherbet and candied orange peel with the lingering stonefruit and fresh flowers.

Sunrise Lime is somewhere between a finger lime and calamondin - it's juicy and sharp in flavour, offering bright and zippy citrus notes.
Australian Peach (also known as Quandong or Desert Peach) has aromas of dry lentils with some earthy fermented notes. It tastes slightly sour and tart, and sweetness can vary.
Roman Chamomile is light and fresh with strong, sweet, fruity, apple-like notes and earthy, green, hay-like qualities.
Orris Root imparts flavours and aromas of flowers, hay and sweet earthy scents and a taste comparable to liquorice. It also helps to bind other flavours.
