Ironbark Iced Tea
The perfect deep summer refresher, Ironbark Iced Tea is a punchbowl to impress your friends.
- 10ml creme de mure
- 60ml Earl Grey tea syrup*
- 20ml Ruby Red grapefruit juice
- 20ml soda water
- Ruby Red grapefruit wheels and blackberries to garnish
Measure and pour all ingredients directly into a glass over ice, give a quick stir and garnish with Ruby Red grapefruit and blackberries.
To create a punchbowl, simply multiply this recipe by the number of serves you would like and create it in a bowl.
*Steep 2 tea bags of Earl Grey tea in 250ml hot water for 10 mins. Once you remove the tea bag, dissolve 250g of white sugar into the tea to create your tea syrup.
