- 100mL Bonsoy Sparkling Coconut Water
Method
Add 30mL Archie Rose Mountain Yuzu Gin to a rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with 100mL Bonsoi Sparkling Coconut Water.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
