Mountain Yuzu Gin Basil Smash

Ingredients
- 50mL Mountain Yuzu Gin
- 20mL lemon juice
- 15mL sugar syrup
- 6 basil leaves
- 3large chunks honeydew melon
Method
- Add the basil leaves and honeydew pieces to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Add the Gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh crushed ice. To crush ice you can use your Archie Rose bottle bag, fill with ice and give it a few whacks with a rolling pin.
- Garnish with a fresh basil sprig.
