  • 45mL Archie Rose Mountain Yuzu Gin
  • 15mL Native Botanical Vodka
  • 7.5mL Lillet Blanc
  • 1 long thin lemon twist
Method

  1. Combine the Mountain Yuzu Gin, Native Botanical Vodka, and Lillet Blanc in a mixing glass.

  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.

  3. Stir well until the drink is thoroughly chilled.

  4. Strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass.

  5. Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink, and use the twist for garnish.
