Batch Cocktails For Summer

When the sun’s out and the guest list keeps growing, the last thing you want to be doing is playing bartender all afternoon. Enter: batch cocktails. Designed for sharing and easy pouring, these three recipes from our Rosebery bar team are simple to prep, big on flavour and perfect for summer celebrations. Set them up in a jug or punch bowl, get creative with the garnishes, and let the drinks take care of themselves.

Yuzu Spritz

  • 500mL Mountain Yuzu Gin

  • 200mL Yuzucello

  • 100mL Elderflower Liqueur

  • 600mL Soda Water

  • 600mL Prosecco

Combine all the ingredients into a large jug or punchbowl and add ice. Garnish with some edible flowers.

Saturn Punch

  • 500mL Signature Dry Gin

  • 100mL Passionfruit syrup

  • 100mL Falernum

  • 100mL Orgeat

  • 200mL lemon juice

Combine all the ingredients into a large jug or punchbowl and add ice. Garnish with some lemon slices.

Fruit Malt Punch

  • 500mL Single Malt Whisky

  • 1000mL Sparkling Apple Juice

  • 100g Blueberries

  • 100g Blackberries

  • 100g Strawberries

  • 1 Kiwi Fruit, sliced into wheels

  • 1 lemon thinly sliced into wheels

  • 1 Apple thinly sliced

Combine all the ingredients into a large jug or punchbowl and add ice. Garnish with the fruit (you can choose which fruit sounds appealing to you).
