This cheeky breakfast martini is an Ode to Dave, our dedicated Master Distiller who starts his spirit-making each day at 7am. The ginger twist? Ginger marmalade combined with the ginger in our gin.
Throw all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake with intention until combined and smooth. Strain into a Coupette. Garnish with a ginger slice and lime zest medley. Enjoy with tea and toast.
- 60ml Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml lemon myrtle syrup
- 2 barspoons of Ginger Marmalade
