Blend Your Own Gin Class
Become a gin blender for the day and personalise your very own gin! We’ll guide you through the process as you blend a carefully curated selection of Archie Rose gin with a choice of botanical distillates to create two X 200ml bottles of your own signature gin to take home. Along the way, you’ll learn a touch of the rich history of gin as well as how we produce our award-winning gin here at Archie Rose.
Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours.
Location: Archie Rose Bar and Cellar Door, 85 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018
Class capacity: 30 people.

We were a small group and it went for just over an hour. Great background information on AR and the history behind Gin. Took home 2 small bottles of my own brew and received a $10 discount off any Gin + 12 premixed cans of AR Gin. Definitely recommend if you're keen on Gin and love Archie Rose!

Did a gin masterclass and visited the bar afterwards to check out the whiskey offerings. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I absolutely recommend every aspect of this place. Definitely worth a visit whether you splurge on an experience or drop by for a tipple at the bar.

We had a great explanation of the process in making gins, followed by the tasting and adding our own mix of botanicals.
