Booking Terms for Archie Rose Spirits Experiences
Our liquor licence prohibits the attendance of anyone under 18, including accompanied minors. All attendees must be over the age of 18.
Please note, class schedule is subject to change.
1. Refunds
All experience and experience voucher purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you book a date and time that suits you, as unfortunately, we can't offer refunds.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, no worries - follow one of the two options below at least six hours before your scheduled Experience. If you don’t reach out in time or miss your experience, we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit, so be sure to mark your calendar. You can reschedule your experience online by:

Register an Account/Sign-in with the email address used to book your tickets > go to My Bookings > click on Manage Booking > Select new date and time > Confirm change.

Fill-in the form > Click "Send Inquiry" > Our team will get back to you during office hours.
3. No-Shows
If you miss your Spirits Experience, we can't offer a refund or credit. Be sure to set a reminder so you don’t miss out on the fun.

All limited edition experience and experience voucher purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you book a date and time that suits you, as unfortunately, we can't offer refunds.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Need to reschedule? We can try to accommodate you if there’s availability in the same class on a later date. If there’s no space, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a reschedule or a refund. If we can reschedule your class, please let us know at least seven days in advance. If you don’t provide enough notice or miss your class, we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit. Be sure to save the date so you don’t miss out!
3. No-Shows
If you don’t show up for your Limited Edition Experience, we can’t offer a refund or credit. Please set a reminder so you’re ready to join us!
