All you need to do is choose the location: our award-winning Bar & Cellar Door in Rosebery, Sydney or any venue of your choice, countrywide.

Tailored Spirits

Your wedding is one-of-a-kind, so your drinks should be too. Add a spirited touch to your special day, with a bespoke gin or vodka tailored to your tastes. Simply choose your favourite botanicals, like bright pink peppercorn, floral strawberry gum or native lemon myrtle. Then top it off with a personalised label, featuring the newlywed’s names and a special message to commemorate the day.

Whether it’s for wedding favours, bridal parties, customised thank you gifts or to keep the drinks flowing all night, Tailored Spirits never fail to light up the room. We offer personalisation of each Tailored Spirits label so you can change the name and message on each individual bottle, making it a truly unique thank you gift for your guests. The Archie Rose Tailored Spirits range are available in 200ml and 700ml sizes.

Cocktail Catering

A Negroni with a twist or the cocktail from your first date. A glittering Golden Gimlet topped with flowers to match from your wedding bouquet. Our Cocktail Catering packages are all about putting your own stamp on your wedding’s cocktail hour. Work with our events team to find the perfect package for you, then leave it to our experienced bartenders to craft cocktails with flavours matched to the menu or theme of your wedding day.

Bespoke Spritz Bar

Make your celebrations unforgettable with an Archie Rose Spritz Bar personalised to you and your guests. Craft your very own gin or vodka spritz by choosing from a range of flavours including blueberry, watermelon or elderflower. Top it all off with sparkling wine or soda and select a personalised garnish such as lemon, lime, cucumber slice or mint.

On the day, our award-winning bartenders will guide each guest through the selection process, ensuring your garnish fits the flavour profile selected, so everyone will have a delicious Spritz in hand of their very own creation.

Whisky Bar

A very special kind of night cap. If you’re looking for a bespoke offering that will leave guests talking long after the night is through, the Archie Rose Whisky Bar is the perfect way to round off the evening. Our whisky experts will guide guests through a range of highly-awarded whiskies that have helped put Australia on the map. Whether you are a long-term whisky lover or a beginner, this is an experience not to be missed.

Want to take it a little further? We invite you to create a Tailored Whisky cask of your dream whisky to enjoy at a later date or for a special anniversary. From base grain and malt, cask type and cask size to smoke level and bottling strength, the specifications are yours to select. Leave our distillers to do the rest—they’ll get to work to produce your very own whisky from scratch in our distillery.

Martini Bar

No black-tie event is complete without a Martini, so why not compliment your newfound nuptials with the Archie Rose Bespoke Martini bar, serviced by our team of bartenders with a range of classic and new Martini variations.

Give your guests the gift of putting their own spin on a Martini, with the option to select an Archie Rose gin or vodka, an Archie Rose botanical distillate and a matching garnish. Top it off with a river mint distillate with cucumber, Dorrigo pepperleaf distillate with olives, honey distillate with lemon zest, orris root distillate with grapefruit zest or cassia bark distillate with orange zest.

Will Archie Rose work with other wedding suppliers?

Yes, Archie Rose can easily collaborate with your venue and/or event planners to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. Whether it is a pop-up bar or delivery of the drinks, Archie Rose will liaise directly with other vendors, so you don’t have to!

Will I get to customise the drinks at my wedding?

Archie Rose can give you access to a Creative Drinks Director, who will work closely with you to create bespoke cocktails paired with the theme or menu for your wedding.

Can I host my wedding reception at the Archie Rose Bar?
