Blending whisky is the art of balance. In this session you’ll learn how our whisky is made at Archie Rose before being guided through the process of blending a selection of scotch whiskies, producing a whisky with a flavour profile most suited to your palate. Each guest will leave with two 200ml bottles of their own signature blends.

The master blender’s craft is often taken for granted. Yet a moment’s pause should be taken to appreciate the position of the master blender. Here is a job in which tinkering with samples of whisky is not merely a bonus but a day to day necessity. If that job description sounds appealing to you then why not step into the shoes of a master blender for an evening?
This entertaining, informative and rewarding session will offer you the opportunity to blend your very own Scotch whisky from a range of premium products which are yours to take away in two x 200ml flasks. Our resident experts will guide you on how to construct a high-quality whisky as well as a brief background on the craft of blending, how whisky is produced and how we make our own here at Archie Rose.
Archie Rose has been awarded a Gold Medal at the Global Distillery Masters awards for Consumer Experience, so this is one of the very best booze-based experiences in the world.
