- 60ml Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- 20ml lemon myrtle syrup (this is a normal sugar syrup but with a teaspoon of dried lemon myrtle per 500ml)
Soda to top
Combine all ingredients and ice in a shaker - pop the top half of the shaker on top, give it a firm pat to make the seal and shake as hard as you can. Next, strain the mixture over fresh ice in a highball glass, top with soda, garnish with a lemon wheel.
