Four Ways To Drink Raw Honey Gin

*Signature Serve

This is a delightful gin and tonic. It's a burst of spring flavour, the delicate white florals naturally ebulliant in the gin are further bouyed by the elderflower tonic from our friends over at Fever-Tree. An assertive spear of cucumbers tempers the upfront natural sweetness of the gin. It's utterly charming and a great new serve for the summer.

  • 30ml Raw Honey Gin
  • Fevertree Elderflower Tonic
  • Cucumber

Build in a rocks glass and garnish with a cucumber spear.

*Alaska

An Alaska is traditionally a devisive drink. Its essentially a Martini with Yellow Chartreuse, so it's strident and herbaceous. But something magical happens when you try it with our Raw Honey Gin. It mellows, just like you will if you give this one a whirl at the end of a long day.

  • 50ml Raw Honey Gin
  • 10ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Stir down and strain into a nick and nora. Garnish with a lemon twist.

*Neighbourhood Negroni

We have had a variation of this drink on our cocktail list in Rosebery for several years. We used to use a spray of honey distillate paired with our Distiller's Strength. And that is a damn good time in a glass. But with the Raw Honey Gin this is a symphony of a Negroni. The honey is the string section - soaring and melodic. It's a floral good time twist on the ubiquitious classic.

  • 30ml Raw Honey Gin
  • 30ml Marionette Bitter Curacao
  • 30ml Patritti Rosso
  • Honey Distillate Mist

Stir down and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist and Honey Distillate Mist

*Satan's Whiskers (curled)

This is a classic cocktail from Harry Craddock's Savoy Cocktail Book, arguably one of the most influential cocktail books of all time. 93 years later and bartenders are still taking inspiration from it. The addition of curacao gives a extra backbone and depth, it managed to be both fruity and boozy.

  • 20ml RHG
  • 20ml Regal Rouge Dairing Dry
  • 20ml 78 Degrees Rosso
  • 20ml Fresh OJ
  • 10 ml Marionette Curacao
  • 2 dash Regan's Orange Bitters

Add ingredients to a shaker, shake and fine strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a long orange twist.
