Join our Archie Rose resident whisky expert as they guide you through an introduction to whisky. In this session, you’ll learn about the most common styles of whisky from Australia, Ireland, Scotland and the USA. Through stories and tastings you will learn first hand how whisky is produced from grain to bottle while sipping 5 different spirits, each with their own unique style. You’ll also receive your own Archie Rose whisky tasting glass to carry you through your whisky journey. This class is perfect for beginners keen to dive into the wide world of whisky!

A brief history of each style of whisky (Scotch blended, Single malt, rye, bourbon, and new make spirit), learning about the production of whisky from grains to fermentation and distillation. You’ll also receive an Archie Rose branded Glencairn glass to take home after the class.

No physical tickets will be shipped (your name will simply be added to our guest list) & we cannot offer refunds but will happily reschedule your booking given at least 14 days notice. For any changes within a 48 hours notice period, you will pay a $35 fee per person.
