Distillery Tour & Tasting

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and had great jokes to help lighten the mood. Learned a fair bit about gin and whiskey and will definitely take the in depth sessions if I'm ever in Sydney again!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the history. The bar is also a solid option for extra drinks once you wrap up the tour. I was able to grab a cellar exclusive (beauty and the beast whiskey) as well which is always fun.

Had a great tour over the long weekend, with great and knowledgeable staff. Siobhan was very knowledgeable and fun. All the bartenders in the bar section where lovely and made sure we didn't miss our tour. Especially Roy who was really great to chat with and really seemed to enjoy his work. Great cocktails, great food and a great ambiance.

Highly recommend the tasting and tour. Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable. And enjoyed some very tasty vodka, gin, and whiskey.

Also, had lunch and a cocktail, which I would also recommend. The atmosphere is cozy, drinks are delicious, and food is fresh and delightful. If I lived in Sydney this would be a regular spot.

If you are a whiskey drinker, Archie Rose is a must.

We two did a distillery tour- $29/each (but $20 redeemable on purchases). Duncan, a Scotsman who has worked in distilleries took us through the processes of gin & whisky distilling with tastings helping the process. I thought I knew a lot but still took away a number of learnings. They also do whisky tastings. A good to do if this interests you. Also an easy walk from Green Square station , so no driving required!

Siobhan was fantastic on the distillery tour. Outstanding knowledge of the product and the business. Highly recommend the Rye Malt Whisky.

A beautiful tasting seance and conversation with Rob ,around the Archie Rose spirits and specifically how they were made with their own original process. I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the products and the well picked combination of aromas they put together.

I learned a bit about the distillery as well. A young, dedicated, diversified and passionate company with a promising future. So I would definitely recommend for all the spirits lovers/amateurs to pay them a visit.

An excellent tour with tasting ( 3x Gins & 3x Whiskies). Duncan a Scotsman who has worked in Scottish distilleries was informed and open to questions. I thought I knew a lot but came away with leanings, and two bottles purchased. Recommend.

Joined a tour and spirits tasting led by Alex - she was absolutely awesome - very knowledgeable and enthusiastic - about gin in particular!!! Loved it! Highly recommended!!
