Tailored Spirits Personalisation Guidelines T&C's

When personalising your Tailored Spirits bottle, there are specific types of wording that we’re not able to print. All orders are therefore reviewed by our team before printing, and our team reserves the right to reject any personalisation request that does not comply with these guidelines. Please also note that personalised Tailored Spirits orders are non-refundable as per our T&Cs. 

By submitting your personalisation, you agree to the guidelines below:

1. Emojis or Symbols

Emojis or pictorial symbols are not permitted.

2. References to Irresponsible Drinking

Content promoting excessive or unhealthy drinking habits is prohibited, in line with Australia’s Alcohol Beverage Advertising Code (ABAC).

3. Claims About Alcohol Improving Mood, Performance, or Solving Problems

Alcohol cannot be presented as a solution, mood enhancer, or performance aid.

4. Medicinal or Health Claims

Content implying health benefits, remedies, or cures is not allowed.

5. Offensive, Discriminatory, or Inappropriate Language

Content that discriminates against or targets any gender, race, sexuality, religion, or belief is prohibited.

6. Swearing, Vulgarity, or Crude Phrases

Profanity or crude expressions are not permitted.

7. Political Content

Political messages, affiliations, or promotion of public figures in relation to political causes are not allowed.

8. Violence, Harm, or Aggression

Content referencing violence, weapons, or harm, even jokingly, is prohibited.

9. Translations of Prohibited Content

Please note that all content in another language is subject to the same rules as the points above.
