A little while ago we teamed up with our good friends and neighbours, Gelato Messina, to celebrate our shared love of exceptional, farm-grown produce and exciting, unexpected flavours. A few brainstorm sessions over a sip and a scoop led us to the idea of reimagining the Neapolitan, a throwback classic that naturally lent itself to a three-spirit set. That’s when the fun started.

Armed with incredible produce from Messina’s farms in Dural NSW and Seymour VIC, our team got to work in the distillery and came out with this absolute treat: Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Gin, Vanilla & Pandan Vodka and Cocoa Husk & Hazelnut Whisky, made with individually distilled ingredients.

A twist on the classic Miami Vice, featuring Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Gin, coconut cream, pomegranate, pineapple and Messina’s Strawberry Sorbet. Tastes like a beach holiday.

Vanilla & Pandan Vodka Cocktail

Our take on the Grasshopper, a gaudy mint chocolate cream cocktail made with our Vanilla & Pandan Vodka, Creme de Menthe and Messina’s Coconut Pandan Sorbet. Tastes like spring.

Cacao Husk & Hazelnut Whisky Cocktail

Our Toblerone inspired cocktail features Archie Rose x Messina Cacao Husk & Hazelnut Whisky, Creme de Cacao, Amaretto, single cream and Gelato Messina’s Hazelnut Gelato. For the chocolate lovers out there.
