Something is brewing down in Tassie!

We're also delighted to announce our collaborative release with the very excellent Moo Brew in Hobart. 

A while back we shipped a batch of our Single Malt Whisky American oak casks to the Moo team, which they filled with Moo’s inky black, smooth Imperial Stout.

Barrel-aged for two months the result is a big, rich palate with a matrix of high residual sugar from specialty roasted malts and a moreish dark chocolate, caramel and rum & raisin flavour profile. Previewed at a small MONA event late October followed by the official launch at Archie Rose as part of Sydney Beer Week on Wednesday October 31 there will only be 2000 bottles available exclusively through the Moo Brew cellar door and online store. The sleek, solid black Champagne-like bottle, emblazoned with a rounded seal, as well as what’s inside, proves this is no ordinary beer.
