New Limited Edition Tailored Gin Mardi Gras Label & Tailored @ QVB
Over the last five years, we’ve been collaborating with a local LGBTQIA+ artist to create a limited edition Tailored Gin label that pays tribute to the essence of Mardi Gras. This year, we’ve extended that approach to also cover our Mardi Gras campaign image - and so it’s with great pleasure that we celebrate our 2025 collaboration with Sydney-based artist and paper engineer Benja Harney of Paperform Studio.
Benja took our annual signature rainbow florals theme and created an original floral work of art entirely out of paper, with each colour of the progressive pride flag represented by sculptural paper representations of native Australian flora.
Our awesome shoot team, including Harriet, our Head of Hospitality; Bek, our producer; and Tom Wholohan, the incredible photographer behind all our shoots, then captured Benja's intricate artwork. This included capturing each ring of varying flower sizes to create a key visual alongside the deep-etched images of individual flowers. Benja has then used these images to create the layout for the Tailored Gin label, using the white flannel flowers across the middle to make space to include our customers' names.
The result is a beautiful explosion of 3D floral paper art and colour, more than fitting as a celebration of our 2025 Mardi Gras campaign, including as a backdrop for Tailored Gin.
You can access this special Mardi Gras artwork for your Tailored Spirits from Thursday 13 February at both the Archie Rose Cellar Door in Rosebery and at our Tailored Live pop-up in the QVB, which will be running from Monday 17 February to Sunday 11 May.
And, for an extra special touch, Benja has made 100 mini 3D flowers that will be added to the label for the first 100 Tailored Gin orders at the Archie Rose Bar & Cellar Door in Rosebery and from our Tailored Live pop-up in the QVB, Sydney.
