NEW ARCHIE ROSE PRODUCTS - A FIRST TASTE

It’s hard to believe but it’s been 18 months since we threw open the doors to Archie Rose Distilling Co. with a vision to re-ignite Sydney’s rich distilling history.

Since that time, we’ve completed around 10,000 distillery tours, filled over 500 casks of whisky, created 13,000+ bottles of Tailored Spirits and won some incredible awards along the way. We’ve loved sharing our gin, vodka and white rye with you at the Archie Rose bar, or at the many restaurants and bars around the country that are serving our spirits.

Not a team to rest on our laurels, we’re working on three new products to share with you in the coming months.

A NEW ARCHIE ROSE GIN IN THE SPRING

This Spring we will add a new gin to our core range. It’s an indulgence of sorts – a gin for our team and people looking to explore the next level of intensity and strength. Expect a boost in intensity and higher ABV with a blend of fifteen different botanicals plus honey direct from our rooftop bee hives. We can’t wait to tell you more in September.

VIRGIN CANE SPIRIT

From the earliest of days rum is ingrained in Australian history and culture. If we’re serious about re-igniting Sydney’s rich history in distilling, then an Archie Rose rum is a must!

In the spirit of White Rye, we’re bottling a limited run of our Virgin Cane Spirit to give you some insight to how rum starts its life and as a nod to the French Colonial style of Agricole Rhum.

Made from fresh pressed green sugar cane, inoculated with a specialty strain of yeast within 12 hours of being pressed this is the product of over a years’ R & D here at Archie Rose, and one we are very excited about!

THE SPIRIT OF COLLABORATION

Collaborating with the incredible venues, institutions and people that make Sydney one of the best cities in the world lies at the heart of what we do. Check out our recent Cultural Collaborations

In late 2016 we will unveil a very special collaboration with a unique and highly skilled body artist who hails from Canada, produces traditional Japanese tattoo art and calls Sydney home. Together we will create a range of four, elegantly refined gins, each bearing subtle notes representative of the distinct Japanese seasons, with limited edition labels to seal the deal. It’s a meeting of minds, tastes, flavours and seasons, and one we’re looking forward to sharing with you.
