In The Bar

Aside from those 30,000 G&Ts we’ve poured and drunk at the Archie Rose Bar in the last two years, we also launched our Bartender of the Month series last year, which sees some of Australia’s top bartenders commandeer a page of our cocktail menu to showcase their style. It’s also a chance for us to show some love and respect toward the bars we admire across the country. Rest assured, we take our taste-testing duties very seriously to ensure only the greatest drinks are served. Next up is Ryan Lane from Brisbane’s The Gresham, who’ll kick off his menu on May 1.

In terms of Experiences, our blend-your-own gin and whisky classes continue to grow, and we’ve seen it get pretty competitive between guests at times. Our bar team is also working on a number of new masterclasses, and we can’t wait to show the next 15,000 people through Archie Rose Distillery & Bar via our regular distillery tours.

Lastly, our Venue Manager (and Bachelorette star) Harriet Leigh continues to uphold her Bar Week title as the industry’s “Baddest Bitch”, come order an Australian gin flight at the bar and ask her all about it.
