FOOD AND BOOZE FESTIVAL STICKYBEAK RETURNS TO SYDNEY THIS NOVEMBER
After the roaring success of our inaugural food and booze festival StickyBeak earlier this year, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is thrilled to partner with P&V Merchants and Carriageworks to bring StickyBeak to life once more from November 19 - 20.
Featuring a spirited lineup (full list below) of banging drinks, incredible food, DJs and curated masterclasses across two dedicated sessions, this festival of good times will see Carriageworks transformed into a showcase of Sydney’s vibrant hospitality scene.
Quench your thirst with cocktail creations from Archie Rose, Jacoby's tropical delights, award-winning drinks from Bar Planet, PS40’s ground-breaking mixes, and wine time with P&V with beers from inner west institution Grifter. On the DJ decks will be Evie, Deepa, Boogie Monster, Lovebombs & more to complete the sensory experience.
P&V will return with their sell-out masterclass, ‘Intro to Natural Wine’, with Kasia Sobiesiak where they will delve into the history, preparation and culture behind natural wine. A new addition to the program will see Mem Hemmings (Three Blue Ducks, P&V alumni + Winemaker) present ‘Femmes to The Front’ and the ‘Future of Australian Drinking’, for an evening of epic wines, epic times and incredible women and the future of drinking in Australia.
Highly requested from previous event-goers, Archie Rose will also offer an immersive once-off masterclass with Archie Rose Distillers, while Goanna Hut’s Jo-Ann Wolles will be hosting a ‘Cooking with Native Ingredients’ demonstration to share knowledge and incredible food. Giuseppe and Anthony of Vannella Cheese will showcase their story and range of delicious products on Saturday night, with more free talks and demos to be announced.
Archie Rose will also run a complimentary tasting bar across all sessions for anyone doing the rounds.
