Lemon Scented Gum Gin White Lady

Ingredients
- 45ml Lemon Scented Gum Harvest Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Marionette Orange Curacao
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Egg White
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice, shake gently to emulsify and then add ice for a second harder shake. Fine strain into a coupe glass.
