Instantly greeted with a generous combination of fresh yuzu, pine, lime sherbert, and eucalyptus. Further tasting reveals freshly crushed gum leaves, apple blossom and pineapple chunks.


The palate is syrupy and warming, with notes of lemon icy poles, mango gelato, eucalyptus, lime blossom, and white gardenia.


The finish is long and evolving, with notes of makrut lime leaf, pine needles, lemon flesh and eucalyptus leaf.

The leaves from the Lemon Scented Gum tree are long and slender with a beautiful lemon fragrance when crushed. The aromatic lemon scented gum used in our spirits is grown by Cyan and Martin at Bunyip Hollow in Victoria.
