- 60ml White Cane
- 20ml Giffard Coconut Syrup - Our bar team have reimagined the classic Piña Colada in a light and fresh style using Giffard Coconut Syrup rather than the more traditional, and heavier, coconut cream.
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
- 20ml Lime
- Ice
- Garnish - Pineapple & Mint
Method
Fill your hurricane glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of pineapple.
