Sailors Delight

  • 60ml Triple Molasses Rum
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 1 bar spoon(s) of raspberry jam
  • 4 dashes of bitters
  • A ginger beer float

Add ingredients to the shaker and give a short hard shake. Pour over crushed ice and add ginger beer to top it off. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
