Ingredients
- 60ml Triple Molasses Rum
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 1 bar spoon(s) of raspberry jam
- 4 dashes of bitters
- A ginger beer float
Method
Add ingredients to the shaker and give a short hard shake. Pour over crushed ice and add ginger beer to top it off. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
