- 50ml Sugar Syrup
- Angostura bitters
- 0.5 bottle(s) of Champagne or Sparkling Wine

This cocktail is chic, how could anything with both gin and champagne be anything but. Again this is a delightful option for entertaining groups - however, the thing about this cocktail is it takes mere seconds to refill. Perfect for lazy days in the garden with friends.
This cocktail is an excellent Champagne cocktail, perfect for an important celebration. Combine ingredients in a jug, and serve either in flutes or champagne saucers.
The original doesn't include bitters, but we think it gives a bracing reinforcement to this bulk serve
