Matured for over five years in an exceptional Australian fortified wine cask and bottled at a robust 50%, this whisky offers inviting aromas of freshly baked pretzels with butter and honey and a wonderfully complex palate of chocolate praline, peanut brittle and rosewater. With only 140 bottles available, this whisky is a true collector’s item.

Flavour profile
Nose
The nose starts in a gourmet grocer with butter and European honey on bagels. There is dark chocolate with hazelnut praline, fresh mint, freshly ground coffee and sweetened condensed milk. Subtle notes of cherry jam and Turkish delight build in intensity with time.
Palate
The palate is round and supple with an oily texture that provides salted caramel, peanut brittle, pecans, wine gums and maple syrup.
Finish
The intensity dovetails into rosewater with watermelon and a surprisingly saline note that sits alongside the satisfyingly astringent espresso-scented fade.
