Our Harvest Series heroes Australian growers, providores and regions as a true expression of the provenance behind our spirits. Raw Honey Gin is a celebration of our love affair with honey and the distillery bees that made it. At the Archie Rose Distillery in Botany, Sydney we house eight hives together with Urban Beehive.

Each harvest from our beehives carries a distinct flavour that changes with the seasons, depending on the flowers the bees come in contact with. In 2022, that included water gum, paperbark, clover and red bottlebrush. This gin blossoms with paired back botanicals and the honeyed notes of native Australian florals.
