Since 2014, we've archived a case or two of every Australian spirit we've produced at both our Rosebery and Botany Distilleries. To celebrate our tenth birthday, from 21 October we'll be dropping a limited selection of this archival stock via our website, giving you the opportunity to grab a final bottle of your favourite Archie Rose spirit.

In 2019, we collaborated with the mighty Sydney Opera House to create a two-act gin release that celebrated the beauty, diversity and creativity of Australia’s leading cultural icon.

Outside Gin is inspired by its coastal setting and Utzon’s design principles, balancing nature with geometric form. This juniper-forward gin features lemon-scented gum, South Australian yuzu, finger limes, white grapefruit, seablite, and native seaweed.

Inside Gin celebrates the artistry and performances under the Opera House sails. Inspired by the dynamism of a play or concert, this fruit-forward gin offers a bright, summery character. Native thyme, Australian apricot, raspberry, and strawberry gum create a harmonious blend reflecting the creative energy of this iconic venue.
