Since 2014, we've archived a case or two of every Australian spirit we've produced at both our Rosebery and Botany Distilleries. Now, we’re sharing them with you, we'll be dropping a limited selection of this archival stock via our website, giving you the opportunity to grab a final bottle of your favourite Archie Rose spirit.

Serendipity led to the creation of our sixth Trials & Exceptions release, High-Test Molasses Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky. Expect notes of sticky date pudding and rum-raisin ice cream, perfectly balancing malt and molasses. Enjoy neat, over ice, or in cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
