Single Cask Whisky Batch #3 SM1231 - Six Year Old Single Malt

This rare single cask of Single Malt Whisky has been matured in an Australian fortified wine (apera) cask for over six years. Hand-selected from thousands of thousands of casks for its bold, intense charm, this is also our first age-statement release. Having matured at a later stage than its sibling casks, it highlights the distinctive nature of this particular barrel.

It offers notes of dark chocolate-coated figs, raspberry jam, and pecan pie. The palate reveals flavours of French pastries, maple syrup, and a surprising flourish of floral elements
