Since 2014, we've archived a case or two of every Australian spirit we've produced at both our Rosebery and Botany Distilleries. Released in 2018, Six Malt New Make offers a glimpse into the rich, earthy base spirit of Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, roasted nuts, and toffee.

Crafted from a unique six-malt mash bill, this low-yielding spirit delivers exceptional depth and regional character as an early showcase of the now award-winning Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky. It shines both neat and in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned with walnut bitters, or a whisky sour enhanced by its chocolate richness.
