Since 2014, we've archived a case or two of every Australian spirit we've produced at both our Rosebery and Botany Distilleries. Now, we’re sharing them with you, we'll be dropping a limited selection of this archival stock via our website, giving you the opportunity to grab a final bottle of your favourite Archie Rose spirit.

Having produced only 174 bottles, this superlative single cask showcases the rich, expressive character of our award-winning Single Malt Whisky. Matured for five years in an Australian fortified wine (apera) cask, this elegant yet weighty whisky displays notes of freshly baked raisin scones with clotted cream and fig jam, alongside wood-fired country bread and the perfume of wild bush honey.
