Archive Stock - Opera House Outside Gin

Since 2014, we've archived a case or two of every Australian spirit we've produced at both our Rosebery and Botany Distilleries. We're now dropping a limited selection of this archive stock online, giving you the opportunity to grab a final bottle of your favourite Archie Rose spirit.

In 2019, we collaborated with the mighty Sydney Opera House to create a two-act Inside and Outside gin release that celebrated the beauty, diversity and creativity of Australia’s leading cultural icon.

Outside Gin is inspired by its coastal setting and Utzon’s design principles, balancing nature with geometric form. This juniper-forward gin features lemon-scented gum, South Australian yuzu, finger limes, white grapefruit, seablite, and native seaweed.
