The Rosella Blossom Gin Sour delivers a homegrown twist on the classic sour, bursting with native finger lime and a tropical hint of pineapple. From the Archie Rose Fundamental Spirits family, it features a foundation of our Australian Straight Dry Gin — cold distilled with sustainably sourced local and native botanicals, including lemon myrtle, reclaimed orange peel and pink peppercorn.

In joining the Fundamentals family, the new Bottled Cocktails have also been homed in the same bottle as our Fundamental Spirits range, adapted from Archie Rose’s signature bottle shape, including a longer body, lighter weight and screw cap, built as the perfect ready to pour Australian alternative for easy cocktail pours at home, parties and events.
