About
Created as a homage to gin’s foremost botanical, Bone Dry Gin showcases juniper’s raw power to deliver a hedonistic encounter with a bracingly dry finish.
Hand-foraged Macedonian juniper was both cold and hot distilled to create three distinct expressions and combined with a supporting cast of single estate Australian coriander seed, lemon scented gum and Tahitian lime. The palate offers a bold balance of citrus and herbaceous intensity with a profoundly pine-laden dry finish.

Nose
A precise, focused and intense nose with a bounty of juniper aromas; fresh christmas tree, spearmint, eucalyptus and fresh lime peel. Citrus peel supports the enormous juniper presence offering sherbert, fresh flowers and white grapefruit.
Palate
A massive arrival with swathes of citrus, pine and mint cascading across the palate with intensity and expression.
Finish
Fantastically persistent and focused, showcasing a dovetailing of lime peel and herbaceous elements.
