A glorious new Tailored Gin designed to distil the flavours, scents and dynamic floral arrangements of flower shop, September Studio. Conceived in collaboration with founder Bryce Heyworth, September Gin features a vivid and ultra-fragrant mix of Australian botanicals and fruits, including strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, native thyme, peach and mandarin.
Available via our newly launched Tailored Creator platform, you can customise the front label of your Tailored Gin with one of three original artworks by artist James Drinkwater, inspired by the whimsy and architecture of September Studio's dramatic floral design.

Local & Ethically Sourced Ingredients
“The process of creating September Gin was really like a distillation of our flower shop, with the flavour profile that we created reflecting five of the botanicals we use within our arrangements in store. Usually, you experience floral arrangements with your eyes and nose, so it’s cool to add an element of taste to the experience - you can distil what you see with your eyes and taste the arrangement with each sip,” Bryce Heyworth, September Studio founder.
Australian Peach (also known as Quandong or Desert Peach) has aromas of dry lentils with some earthy fermented notes. It tastes slightly sour and tart, and sweetness can vary.
Lemon Myrtle's aroma can be described as citrus zest meets dark green herbs and lemon icy poles. It adds sweetness and an unmistakable citrus flavour.
Mandarin Peel delivers bright and juicy citrus notes to anything it's added to and smells like zesty tangelo. It's uplifting, fruity and fun.
Native Thyme offers a distinctive aroma of the bush. It's a flavoursome herb with a complex aroma of mint, eucalyptus and menthol with hints of earthy pepper.
Strawberry Gum is sweet and slightly acidic (similar to balsamic vinegar) with fruity undertones that have hints of cinnamon, strawberry and passionfruit.
