2.1 Archie Rose collects, uses, discloses, transfers and stores Personal Information when needed, to sell our products and for operational and business purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. Archie Rose wants to be clear about its privacy practices so that you can make informed choices about the use of your Personal Information.

(b) to receive Archie's Journal, or any other Archie Rose newsletters, notifications or marketing material; or

(c) any competitions or events hosted by Archie Rose; and/or

3.1.3 from publicly available sources, for example, the telephone directory or from third party websites.

3.2 We may automatically collect certain information from you when you access our Website, such as your transaction, membership, order, refund and voucher redemption histories and certain of your IP addresses.

4.1.1 to contact you in relation to an event, special offer, product or service in which you might be interested;

4.1.2 to email a copy of the latest Archie's Journal or any other Archie Rose newsletters, notifications or marketing material;

4.1.3 to process, determine and contact any winners in relation to any competitions or events hosted by Archie Rose;

4.1.4 protecting you, ourselves and other users against unlawful activity, including identity theft and fraud and other criminal activities;

4.1.5 to assist us to run our business and to improve our products, services and performance, including staff training, accounting and auditing, risk management, record keeping, archiving, systems development, developing new products and services and undertaking planning, research and statistical analysis and data analytics;

5.1 Archie Rose processes Personal Information for business-related purposes, such as:

5.1.1 account setup and administration: Archie Rose uses Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, and information about your device to set up and administer your account, provide customer services, verify your identity, and send information about our goods;

5.1.2 marketing and events: Archie Rose uses Personal Information to deliver marketing and event communications to you across various platforms, such as email, telephone, text messaging, direct mail, social media and online; if Archie Rose sends you a marketing email, it will include instructions on how to opt out of receiving these emails in the future; and/or

6.1 Archie Rose shares or discloses Personal Information when necessary to provide our goods or conduct business operations. When Archie Rose shares Personal Information, we do so in accordance with data privacy and security requirements. Archie Rose may occasionally share non-personal, anonymised, and statistical data with third parties. 

6.2 Personal information will be made available to our personnel if necessary for the sale of our Products, account administration, sales and marketing, customer and technical support, and business development, for instance. All Archie Rose employees and contractors are required to follow our data privacy and security policies when handling Personal Information.

11.1 Our Website and goods are not intended for children or any persons who are not legally permitted to access or consume liquor.
