Risko Sour
Tart and perfectly lending itself to summer, this South American favourite works particularly well with our White Rye in place of classic Pisco. An extra hint of pineapple and chilli complements the tropical vibe.
Ingredients:
- 30ml lime Juice
- 15ml Cornersmith pineapple cocktail syrup
- 10ml egg whites
- dash of Angostura bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, dry shake without ice. Add ice, shake again. Fine strain into a wine glass and carefully dot Angostura bitters on top.
