Guided by our Master Distiller Dave Withers, you’ll explore the evolution of our whisky production right where it all began, in the original distillery space and Still Room in Rosebery.
Settle in with a Triple Smoked Cocktail Highball upon arrival as you learn how our pursuit of flavour over the past decade has led us to challenge tradition.
Explore the rare, experimental smoky releases that paved the way for our new Triple Smoked Whisky through a curated five-part flight, exploring how native timbers like Ironbark, Red Gum, and Stringybark, alongside unique botanicals like Lavender, balance flavour, aroma, and structure. To conclude, you’ll taste the culmination of these endless experiments: our award-winning Triple Smoked Whisky.

Need to reschedule? We can try to accommodate you if there’s availability in the same class on a later date. If there’s no space, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a reschedule or a refund. If we can reschedule your class, please let us know at least seven days in advance. If you don’t provide enough notice or miss your class, we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit.
