Collaborating with Archie Rose on our own Single Malt blend for the Bar Julius launch was a real privilege and a defining moment in the development of our venue. The process was hands-on, honest, and full of curiosity. The final whisky is loved by our guests and staff alike.

Our exclusive Theatre Royal Sydney Tailored Gin — featuring Strawberry Gum, Dorrigo Pepperleaf and Orange Peel — has become a firm favourite at our bars and in show themed cocktails. Being able to customise the flavour and design a bespoke label with our business branding was fantastic. The bottles looked smart in our brand's colours and were beautifully presented in a smart hexagonal box that included our own message, making the overall presentation incredibly professional.
