The Writer's Gin Negroni

  • 30ml The Writer's Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange peel or wedge to garnish

Stir all ingredients together for 20-30 seconds, and strain over fresh ice (the larger the better).

Using a vegetable peeler, peel a strip of peel from an orange. If you are feeling refined trim the edges using a paring knife into a rhombus.

Now face the strip at the surface of the drink and squeeze the zest between your thumb and fingers, expressing the oils over the surface of the drink. Garnish with an orange wedge or peel.
