Honey Barrel Sour
Honey + Lemon? You know this is going to be good.
60ml Honey Barrel Barrel Aged Honey Spirit
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml egg white
Build into cocktail shaker and reverse shake (shake with ice, strain the drink, shake again without ice to emulsify and create the froth), serve on ice. Garnish using a zest of lemon sprayed over the top and discarded.
