Honey Barrel & Fresh Apple Juice


This signature serve is a riff on the modern classic Whisky & Apple. A whole apple (or two if they're on the small side) are pushed through a juicer (in venue we use a Breville juicer which produces fluffy, light apple juice.) The honeyed notes of the Honey Barrel are a perfect combo for the tart granny smith apple. The apple will oxidise quickly so you can't prepare them in advance.


30ml Honey Barrel Barrel Aged Honey Spirit

2 fresh granny smith apples juiced


Add 30ml of Honey Barrel Barrel Aged Honey Spirit to a glass, add ice and top with fresh apple juice.
