- 45ml Native Botanical Vodka
- 15ml Massenez Grapefruit Liqueur
- 20ml Cranberry Juice
- 5ml Lime Juice
- 5ml Pomegranate Syrup
Method
The days of overly sweet and diluted Cosmopolitans are long gone. By mixing it up with some tart grapefruit liqueur and delicious pomegranate syrup, this recipe delivers a nuanced and balanced take on rich red fruit flavours.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a coupe.
To make pomegranate syrup add 350g white sugar, 350g pure pomegranate juice, 1 grapefruit peel, 50g lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a saucepan over low heat. Allow to cook down until sugar is dissolved. Strain solids out and let cool.
