Method
This is based on a Chet Baker cocktail - basically a rum Manhattan with a touch of honey water. (To make honey water, mix half honey with half warm water - otherwise the honey will be a nightmare to dissolve in the cocktail). This is a big and boozy after dinner drink.
Ingredients
50ml Honey Barrel Barrel Aged Honey Spirit
20ml sweet vermouth
10ml honey water
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with orange zest.
