Presenting Stickybeak, A Festival of Sydney’s Food, Drink and DJ Highlights
Sydney’s hospo scene has been hit hard by the events of the last two years, and even though the hits just keep! on! coming! we’re keen to celebrate this brilliant, rich industry, and continue to support it as a non-negotiable cornerstone of our culture.
On Friday 29th and Saturday 30th of April, we’re proud to team up with renowned drinks writer, presenter and cap and slide connoisseur Mike Bennie to present StickyBeak, a two day, flavour-filled festival at Hyde Park Barracks with a packed schedule of top shelf drinks, incredible food, DJs and curated masterclasses.
Supported by The City of Sydney and Sydney Living Museums, we’ve co-curated our pick of the city’s best in the name of food, drink and music. You’ll find 17 vendors all up, including LP’s Quality Meats, Fabbrica, Gelato Messina, Vannella Cheese and more (full list below). On the decks in the Hyde Park Barracks courtyard is a line-up curated by Archie Rose’s very own Mike Curcurato (previously of FBi Radio) of DJs featuring Wax’o Paradiso and Sydney favourites Simon Caldwell, Honey Point, Bria, Ariane and Charlie Chux. On the drinks side, the Archie Rose Bar will be there, naturally, as will a P&V bar and series of cocktail bars from the dream teams at Continental Deli, Jacoby’s and PS40, together with Archie Rose’s Head of Hospitality, Harriet Leigh, and Brand Ambassador Dan Ritchie.
“What a thrill to breathe further life into the Sydney city with this eccentric, exciting, daring festival of food, drinks and music in one of our most iconic and historical sites,” said Bennie. “Here we go with the good times. How wonderful to be part of something so dynamic!”
Grab tickets to this festival of good times from March 30 here. See you with a drink and plate in hand!
