Shiso Fine

INGREDIENTS:
- 60ml Archie Rose x Horisumi - Spring Gin
- 7ml Shiso sugar syrup (1:1 sugar:water with shiso leaves steeped in it for an hour)
- Two dashes of lemon bitters (orange would be nice if you struggle to find lemon)
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass (or a jug at a pinch) and stir until chilled and diluted (have a taste as you go and when it no longer makes you say “gosh that’s strong” it’s ready).
